From the front ... doesn't look like much, but it's big! (1682 finished square feet, so that doesn't count the basement, which is also pretty large)

Big porch ... Michael's already said he's going to buy us a lovely porch swing. :)

The entry way ... the living room is to the left, the dining room is down and to the right, and that's the kitchen straight back there. There's also another smaller living room just across (to the left) from the dining room, adjoining that front living room. I'm sure there are proper names for all these rooms ... Oh, and the white wooden structure on the left is a built-in bookshelf with glass doors on the front. :) To the right (you can just see the doorknob) is the cutest little under-the-stairs half bath! Totally my bathroom ... no one else will fit in there, height-wise. Hee hee! And dig the hardwood floors (all in wonderful condition).

The stairway going upstairs ... note the stained-glass window. :)

The front living room, which is just to the left when you enter ... you can see another built-in bookcase over on the left, by the window.

The dining room is there on the right ... I'm not sure why this picture is at an angle. I think I was so stunned by this house, so my picture-taking skills were definitely way off. Heh.

The kitchen (that's my agent, Megan, with the blond hair, and the seller, Carolyn, has her back to the camera) with lovely cabinets and a recessed sink area. I love it! It also has a fairly new floor, which is cool -- it's vinyl, but it looks like big square stones.

The master bedroom, which is 15x12.

The second bedroom, which is 15x10.

Third bedroom, 11x11.
All three bedrooms (and the bathroom, which I don't have a picture of) have walk-in closets (with windows, even!). Lots of storage space!

The basement, including the washer and dryer. This is only about a third of the basement ... there is a bunch of storage space over on the right, and behind and to the right of where I was standing.
There isn't much of a yard, which is fine with me ... I do want a small garden, and 2.6 acres was a bit too much for me. Heh. Out back there's a gravel area where we can park two vehicles. We also have a driveway, but I think it's easier to get to those spaces via the alley from the next street over. The house is located within the Historic District of Winchester, and it's about 2 blocks away from the small walking area downtown, including our favorite coffee shop. Perfect!!!
