Just returned from a vacation to Colorado Springs, where we spent a wonderful week. :) I've never been there in October, so it was lovely to see the autumn colors. We took a bunch of pictures; I'll post a link to a gallery soon.

Seriously thinking about moving to Colorado Springs in about five years, but we'll have to see. I want to finish school and get some RN experience under my belt, and Michael loves it where he works. And we adore our house. So in five years, we'll just do a little reality check and see if we want to move, or just keep vacationing there.

We were in the Springs during the 28th annual Metaphysical Faire, which was great! It's sponsored by a local store, Celebration, which is always a must-visit store for us in the Springs.

I go back to work tomorrow after 10 days off ... I hope I remember how to start an IV, ha ha! :D

My parents will be here to visit in about 10 days -- that should be fun! I'm trying to think of things to do ... I'll take them up Skyline Drive, and probably over to Harpers Ferry and Berkeley Springs at some point. I'm sure we'll think of other fun stuff to do! The trees should be lovely by then. :)
